Infractions
Staff infractions are issued by management and above, staff infractions are issued for violations of our Staff Guidelines. If you receive a staff infraction as a staff member, it is added to a database and linked to your user account.
If you believe that a staff infraction is unjust, or provided in misconduct, open a ticket. Fighting about the infraction in staff chat will not resolve your issue, and may additionally result in escalated infractions.
Staff infractions add up, three notices become a warning, three warnings become a strike, three strikes become a suspension and/or termination and so on. Infractions always add up, exceptions do rarely apply. While this system is generally followed, management reserves the right to handle staff infractions at its discretion.
Infractions are issued via our bot "SoCal Management", if you wish to view your infractions open a management ticket and request a high ranking staff member to run /infraction list with your user.
